FILE 001 / OF VII TALENT & CRAFT
BY INVITATION NO ROSTER PUBLISHED

OBSESSION IS THE ONLY CURRENCY.

Talent partners for fitness creators who refuse to coast. Ten-year horizons. Total commitment. We build careers, identities, and legacies — at the standard the work demands.

02 The Creed

Most people settle.
The ones who come here don't.

Mastery is a daily war with mediocrity. We don't show up to win it once. We show up to wage it forever.

Every shortcut leaves a fingerprint. Every compromise compounds. The market knows. The audience knows. You know.

We build with the conviction that the work — the unglamorous, repeated, obsessive work — is the only edge that lasts. Talent is the entry fee. Discipline is the difference. The standard is not what you can get away with. It's what you refuse to put your name on.

We don't manage talent. We build the conditions under which obsession compounds.

03What Gets Built

Not services.
Transformations.

04The Model

Half of extraordinary
beats all of average.

50/50
Revenue share. No retainer. No setup fee. We earn together or not at all.

A shokunin does not survive on retainer. A shokunin survives on the work — and lives and dies by what it produces. We hold ourselves to the same line.

We take a percentage. We do not take a fee. There is no quarter where we coast on comfort while you do the climbing. We only win when you win at the highest level. Anything less is theater.

If we don't move you to a higher floor, we have no business being here.
05Who This Is For

This is not for everyone.
Some part of you already knows that.

You — if

  • You'd rather be early than easy
  • You treat your craft like religion
  • You're already good. You want unreasonable
  • You see a ten-year arc, not a content cycle
  • You want a partner who wants this more than you do on the days you don't

Not you — if

  • You're shopping for a manager
  • You're optimizing for the next quarter
  • You think volume is the strategy
  • You want a vendor on retainer
  • You're looking for a service. We are looking for a standard.
06The Craft, In Stages

From raw material
to finished work.

STAGE I
Ore.

The audit. We look at what's there. What you've built. What you've avoided. We say things out loud no one else will. If the spirit isn't in the room, we don't move forward.

2 — 3 weeks
STAGE II
Forge.

The foundation. Voice. Frame. Identity. Months of compressed work that decide what your next decade actually sounds like, looks like, and stands for.

90 days
STAGE III
Temper.

The pressure. Real partnerships. Real audiences. We test what we built where it actually matters and refine in public — until nothing precious is left.

6 — 12 months
STAGE IV
Edge.

The compounding. You operate at a level that makes the old version unrecognizable. We scale, we sharpen, we keep the standard. Forever, or until we can't.
